Leo Kowal
I'm a photographer, artist, and entrepreneur with a deep appreciation for the natural beauty of the Midwest. When I'm not working, you'll find me fishing, camping, and exploring the outdoors with my family. I founded Autumn Gold Properties to provide landowners with a fair and straightforward selling process while helping keep rural land in the hands of individuals and families who will value it, not large corporations, data-center developers, or foreign investment interests. My goal is to preserve these special places so they can be enjoyed for generations to come.

My background in photography has taken me throughout the Midwest, which I believe is one of the most beautiful places to photograph, especially when the landscape comes alive in the fall. Photography taught me to appreciate the details, character, and story behind every piece of land. I bring that same perspective to each property, approaching it with care, creativity, and a practical eye for its potential.
