Drone Shot List

Street-Level Photos

• Take 2 photos from the opposite side of the street, facing the property.
• Take 2 photos looking down the street in each direction.
• Take 3 photos straight toward the property at approximately treeline height.

Low-Altitude Drone Photos

At approximately 50 feet:

• Take 2 photos from the opposite side of the street, facing the property.
• Include the road in the foreground.

At approximately 100 feet:

• Take 2 photos from the opposite side of the street, facing the property.
• Include the road in the foreground.

Mid-Altitude Drone Photos

At approximately 150-200 feet:

• Take 8 photos showing the property from different directions.
• Include views from the north, northeast, east, southeast, south, southwest, west, and northwest.

High-Altitude Drone Photos

At approximately 350-400 feet, or the highest legal and safe altitude:

• Take 8 photos showing the property and surrounding area.
• Include views from the north, northeast, east, southeast, south, southwest, west, and northwest.

Overhead and Property-Boundary Photos

• Take 1 straight-down bird's-eye photo.
• Provide 1-2 aerial photos with the property boundary clearly outlined. This is especially important.

Ground-Level Property Photos

Please take additional photos with a regular camera or phone while walking through the accessible portions of the property. Capture anything that could help a potential buyer understand the land, including:

• Trees and vegetation
• Clearings or open areas
• Fences
• Roads and access points
• Neighboring properties
• Utility poles or visible utilities
• Drainage areas, ditches, creeks, or standing water
• Existing structures or debris
• Any unusual or important property features

We do not always personally visit these properties, so additional photos and written observations are extremely helpful.

Video

• Record a slow approach from the road toward the property in landscape orientation.
• Record the same or a comparable approach in portrait orientation.
• Record a slow reveal of the property and surrounding area in landscape orientation.
• Record the same or a comparable reveal in portrait orientation.
• Record a smooth orbit or partial orbit showing the parcel in context in landscape orientation.
• Record the same or a comparable orbit in portrait orientation.
• Record a straight-down or near-vertical pass over the property.
• Record access points, roads, clearings, water features, structures, and other notable features.

File Formats and Delivery

• Upload all original files to a Google Drive folder rather than sending email attachments.
• Organize the delivery into clearly labeled Photos, Video - Landscape, Video - Portrait, and Observations folders.
• Confirm that the Google Drive link is accessible before sending it.

Required Property Observations

Please provide notes about the property's terrain and slope. We especially need to know:

• Whether there appears to be enough level or reasonably buildable land for a home or mobile home
• Whether the property is flat, gently sloped, steep, or uneven
• Whether there are any low, wet, heavily wooded, or difficult-to-access areas
• Whether vehicle access appears possible from the road

Please do not make engineering, zoning, or buildability guarantees. We only need your visual observations from the site.
